United, Kansas City Wizards, New England Revolution, New York Red Bulls, Philadelphia Union, Toronto FC. Western Conference: C.D. Chivas USA, Colorado Rapids, FC Dallas, Houston Dynamo, Los Angeles Galaxy, Real Salt Lake, San Jose Earthquakes, Seattle Sounders FC.
